About Mary

Mary Doane
Mary’s work as a nature educator builds on a life in the arts, a love of earth and animals and a desire to share this bond with children. She believes that children make vital connections with the Earth and other creatures through music making, story weaving, role-playing, and creating visual arts.

Mary’s educational background includes a B.S. in Elementary Education and Music doxycycline online nz from the University of Southern Maine and a M.Div from Boston University School of Theology. A professional musician and educator for the past 20 years, Mary developed Project Nature in Spring, 1999 and has been implementing on site programming since Fall, 2001. Mary resides with her husband, John, three dogs, one cat, and several turtles in Deerfield, New Hampshire.
